Reviews and Ratings
I had an very nice stay at Casa Cristal, where the hospitality from Zeida and Victor truly made me feel at home. The boutique hotel atmosphere and amazing views from my room were highlights, while the dining experience surpassed my expectations. However, the location, though tranquil, might not be ideal for those seeking quick access to downtown San Jose. 🌄✨
My stay at Casa Cristal left me with mixed feelings. The stunning views and cozy, spacious rooms were definitely highlights, but I found the service and dining experience somewhat lacking. While I had hoped for a more personalized stay, the location proved quite remote and tricky to access, which added some unnecessary stress.
My stay at Casa Cristal was an very nice experience! The views of San Jose from this boutique hotel were amazing, and the service provided by Zeida and Victor made me feel right at home. However, I did find it a bit challenging to locate, especially in the dark.
I had a mixed experience at Casa Cristal in San Jose. While the hotel features lovely rooms and some attentive staff, my stay was marred by a serious issue with safety, as my phone was stolen. The owner's response to this incident was quite frustrating, overshadowing the positive aspects of my visit.
My stay at Casa Cristal was quite nice. The service from Zeida and Victor was really good, making me feel like a valued guest. However, the location posed a bit of a challenge, being somewhat isolated from the hustle and bustle of the city.
